From the outset, we collaboratively work alongside our clients to assist them with implementing their strategy in relation to: acquisitions, refurbishments and disposals ensuring our service exceeds client expectations.

With extensive experience of working alongside landlords and occupiers, our team regularly provide dilapidations advice, undertake schedules of condition, create planned maintenance schedules and review occupiers alterations.

Building Surveying

Our Building Surveying team work collaboratively with our clients throughout the property lifecycle.

We can provide advice on a properties condition prior to disposal or acquisition. We work with Landlords to plan for future maintenance requirements, prepare dilapidations claims and approve Tenants proposed alterations. We also work closely with Tenants to provide an assessment of their likely dilapidations liabilities and subsequently negotiate claims on their behalf.

Case Study

Tila Commercial were instructed to undertake a photographic Schedule of Condition of a commercial multi-let office unit in Northwich, Cheshire. The client, an existing Tenant at the property, had agreed a new lease to include additional areas which required documenting via a Schedule of Condition.
