Case Study: Property Management
Tila Commercial were instructed to manage a mixed use scheme in a prime location in Chelmsford city centre in May 2018. The premises consists of 30,000 sqft of office space over four floors and a 3,500 sqft retail unit on the ground floor. After transitioning the building in and undertaking a full audit, regular occupier meetings were arranged, enabling us to quickly understand the building and occupier needs. By working closely with our service providers, reviewing surveys, engaging with occupiers and listening to the feedback, an action list was produced and worked through with agreed timelines. This included essential M&E lifecycle works, along with the installation of a new external bike store and internal common area redecorations. We listened to our clients and customers needs which resulted in an improved building for all.
